There's many different parts to creating the perfect home. A lot of it having to do with the exterior. The exterior is the first thing you see in a home. It sets the theme. Pieces to the puzzle include the shell and facade of the home, ingress/egress, entry, driveway and approach, hardscape materials, fencing, plant pallets, fountains and so much more. Big Trees



The value of trees, there is no greater addition to a new project than the planting of full grown specimen trees. From one gallon shrubs to 128" box one of a kind trees, we have experienced it all. From sourcing to shipping to installation there is no challenge to great. We have planted by hand, with a pick and shovel, and facilitated the installation with some of the biggest cranes available today. Trees and their placement are like a work of art and a stoke of a brush. A branch bending at just the right angle to create an arch over a door or driveway- we have the understanding, background, and critical eye to source these trees from all over the western united states and have them become a positive part of an amazing landscape project.



Estate Manager



Having the ability to design residential estate projects is only part of the challenge. Having the understanding for how these projects work and live day to day is not only incorporated into our design philosophy, we also have the ability to manage the day to day living breathing home. "At 16 years old I was thrust into the responsibility of managing my childhood home. This included repairs, house keeping, gardeners, and shopping. Little did I know that that experience would be used in my professional life later on. I have either directly or consulted on every element of a working home- from curb to backyard." -Jonathan



Organized Living By Design

A shelf for every plate, a place for every glass, a pantry that allows one to see and grab what they are looking for in a split second- we design with purpose and organization in mind. Maximizing very small spaces to meet all of your needs and making very large spaces still feel warm and inviting. "Living an organized life and being a cook in the kitchen myself gives me a critical perspective on the day to day working parts of design. We incorporate this in all of our work".

Insurance Estimates



Having personally lived through the 94' Northridge earthquake disaster and managing my own half million dollar insurance settlement... that and my many years of my residential design, construction, and maintenance has given me unique experience in assisting others with insurance claims. "Scope Of Work" is the process of breaking down a repair/ replacement proposal into a detailed roadmap of completion. This gives a written understanding and cost analysis of all that would be required to mitigate ones damages in an appropriate manner. We understand that no two insurance polices or adjusters are alike and very much respect the position they hold in being a part of your path to repair. We can facilitate this process with a high level of respect for everybody involved.

Landscape Center



In this ever changing world of online shopping the most local neighborhood nurseries has been lost to development. Even my own personal favorite childhood garden centers are no longer there. With years of product knowledge and experience using some of the many items available to the public personally, we hope to provide tips, suggestions and product recommendations to help in the decision making or to inspire product searches.

With over 38 years of personal experience in all things home inside and out and with more than a strong opinion and a mind full of creative ideas and solutions it's time to share that knowledge to make a difference for others. Our Youtube videos are an easy way to share these ideas with the world. We hope to directly engage with those seeking assistance in all aspects of home and garden and provide design, home management, or construction solutions. Expect our youtube videos to sometimes be controversial in nature. Sometimes important issues need to be yelled from the mountain tops. Fire prevention, drought, construction economy, trade elevation, and communication are just some of the things in the works.
